There are a large number of unofficial car services in the Central European market, which reduces competition and increases risks for car owners. Thanks to its simplicity and well-thought-out functionality, the developed app encourages market participants to reconsider their priorities.
Our challenges
Challenge #1. Unexpected car force majeure
Solution: AI Auto Advisor
Many car owners are not sufficiently informed about the automotive industry, so it is often difficult for them to correctly formulate a request and remotely explain the task to a mechanic in order to find the right service. We have integrated an AI assistant into the application to help describe the problem. After a correct request, the system will independently select suitable service station options according to the necessary parameters (car brand, problem, geographic and time preferences, etc.).
Challenge #2. Unstructured approach to car maintenance
Solution: Car Care Vault
The user interface of the application is well thought out for the convenience of storing all information about the car for both the user and the maintenance contractor. A convenient notification system will remind of the need for another check-up or an upcoming appointment. All data is encrypted and stored on secure servers. This approach naturally leads to enhanced customer satisfaction and a higher average receipt due to increased trust and transparency in all technical operations.
