Introduction
72% of users face difficulties when choosing insurance due to the large number of offers on the market. They are forced to spend time studying information about different insurers and their products to find the most favorable conditions. We developed a specialized mobile and web application for insurance brokers, which simplifies the process of working with clients and insurance companies, reduces the time for consultation and closing of transactions.

The wide variety of offers on the market encourages users to regularly explore and compare different options. The application allows agents to access the client's complete profile and data. In this way, potential opportunities for additional sales can be anticipated. By analyzing comprehensive information and the history of purchases, managers can build personalized communication with each user, offering relevant options. The application has an integration with the database that allows customers to independently receive an accurate and up-to-date list of available options, choose the best one due to the availability of contact information, ratings and reviews.Challenge #2. Claim management and offline access

Claim management is crucial in the insurance industry. Our application helps ensure a continuous and fully controlled process for the convenience of each party, from registering a claim in the system with an analysis of the situation and assessment of possible damage, to monitoring the implementation process. This arrangement of business processes significantly minimizes risks for the company. When traveling abroad or in a number of countries with limited Internet access, having offline access can be a vital factor. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the client will be guaranteed to receive the necessary information on the details of insurance coverage, emergency contacts and possible ways to make a claim.Challenge #3. Human factor

Manual administration of market offers inevitably leads to errors. Therefore, the application allows you to receive all the necessary data automatically; the history of interaction and communication with each client is saved. The system allows for creating different user roles within the admin panel with varying access levels. Automation of business processes, the ability to combine all stages of interaction with a client in one platform significantly increases the efficiency of both each individual employee and the company as a whole.Challenge #4. Marketing expenses
Solution: Data-Driven Decision Making
The application allows agents to track current trends in order to make data-driven decisions. Implementing a referral program provides the user with a special code that they can share with family and friends. If a new client is invited, the system automatically tracks and awards points or rewards to the referring client. The ability to send pushes acts as a separate channel of communication. Segmentation of the database according to various criteria (demography, geography, preferred services) allows agents to send targeted messages, addressing it to a specific category of the population.
