The task was to create a web platform for branded used cars to implement a single digital ecosystem to meet the needs of both buyers and sellers. The key factor for developing the software was the desire to transform the stages of the car life cycle, change the ways of serving customers. The presence of such a service clearly strengthened the company's position in the market, increased satisfaction and loyalty, and created a unique and privileged environment for interaction.

We have created a single centralized platform and standardized processes with the ability to obtain relevant analytics in real time. The list of official retailers is constantly synchronized and updated, pricing considers local market dynamics based on AI tools for increased accuracy. The individual user journey was realized through an easy, seamless, quick, useful interface approach. Continuous analysis of the user experience led to several stages of updates to improve the metrics.

Global marketing strategies are mostly aimed at attracting attention to new cars, which makes the used car market unattractive in the eyes of consumers and limits its potential. Thanks to the introduction of new software, the company gained access to the C2C segment and opened up new opportunities for interaction with customers (advertising digital channels, remarketing), which entailed a change in the user roadmap and market trends - for example, cross-border sales.
