Our partner an owner of a medium sized grocery store came to us with a request to create an E-commerce storefront (web and mobile version) to increase sales during lockdown and gain new customers by providing exceptional service.

Solution: Online store with delivery service

Having analyzed the business of our partner we created a corresponding UI/UX design both for web and mobile versions to ensure intuitive navigation, establish brand identity and positively influence conversion rate. Store customers can easily find goods, save them, rate, compare, and add to the cart. Delivery service was implemented as one of key features. Customers can choose a date and time for delivery and rate this service.

We considered the support of all local payment providers to let our partner provide their users with an outstanding customer experience.

Solution: Return management process and customer loyalty

We implemented returns management process. We ensured seamless communication with the client to keep them updated on status change. The client receives updates by email and SMS. At once the seller confirms the return the customer receives money back.
